'93年『ブリゲイド』から３年半、『ロック・ザ・ハウス・ライヴ』から２年後に出たアルバム。全米チャート最高48位。2曲目の『Black on Black Ⅱ』のオリジナル『Black on Black』は、ミッキー・ロークとキム・ベイシンガー共演の『ナイン・ハーフ』のサントラに使用された曲。カバー曲としては、『The Woman in Me』が'83年初めにヒットしたドナ・サマーの曲。『Ring Them Bells』が80年代最後のボブ・ディランのアルバム『オー・マーシー』の中に収められた曲。個人的には、『Will You Be There（In The Morning)』のコーラスが好き。
